Terms and Conditions

Welcome to KRE8. By using our services, you (the “Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • Non-Circumvention

The Client agrees not to engage with any of our Creators outside of our platform for the duration of our working relationship and for a period of three (3) months after the completion of services. Any attempt to circumvent this agreement may result in legal action.

  • Booking and Payment
  1. Event Coverage: Payments for event coverage must be made fully upfront at the time of booking.
  2. For all other services, a down payment of 50% of the total project cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance (50%) is due upon request for the final video link without the watermark.
  • Content Revisions

The Client is entitled to request changes to the content a maximum of three (3) times. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges, which will be communicated prior to proceeding. Once a content plan is approved, no further changes can be made.

  • Final Deliverables and Payment
    1. Upon completion of the project, the Client will receive a video link containing a watermark. To obtain the final video link without the watermark, the remaining balance must be paid in full.
    2. Once Creators are approved by the Client, no further changes can be made.
  • Retainers

Clients on retainer packages must collaborate with us monthly for a minimum period of three (3) months. Retainers cannot terminate the collaboration before the end of this period. Payments for each month must be made upfront and in full.

  • Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will obtain ownership rights to the completed product created by our Creators. Notably, while we retain the right to utilize any content for promotional purposes, the Client shall have exclusive authority to determine the timing and manner in which such content may be posted or shared.

  • Collaboration Period

The duration of any collaboration between the Client and KRE8 should not exceed one (1) month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Contractual Obligation

All collaborations between the Client and KRE8 must be formalized through a signed contract.

  • Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

  • Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of those changes.

By engaging with our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
